At TheSoulCall.com, all bookings and purchases made for spiritual services, including tarot readings, Guidance sessions, and astrological consultations, are non-refundable.

We operate with limited daily slots and personalized preparation, which is why we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the session outcome.

Exception
Refunds will only be processed if the session is canceled by GM Avantika due to personal unavailability, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will be informed promptly and offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time.
